Critter One helped us with a raccoon problem last year that came in through our chimney stack. I was so happy to see they are true to their 15 month warranty guarantee as we had another raccoon force its way through another part of the chimney. They are responsive and my warranty follow up tech Alfredo was able to identify the re entry point quickly, set up a trap so the critter can not re-enter once it exits, committed to finding a paint color match to patch the hole up, and was thorough in inspecting for any other possibly entry points. Really great service. Highly recommend - caught 3 skunks, 2 possums and previously got raccoons. Pick up is prompt upon calling in to report so animals are not in safe traps for long. I had a large raccoon get in my house on a Sunday and service tech with safe/ kind handling got a raccoon. I have been calling on Critter One now for several years. I’m so grateful for their service!
